Request Worksheet Changes
July 31, 2001

<---BACK
  1. When viewing the Request Worksheet, users will notice an Outstanding Services section near the top that displays those accounts that have pending services aligned to them. Each entry here has a linked service name and a checkbox to the left of it. When the linked service name is selected on, the pending account opens into the Multi-account Worksheet. The checkbox here works in conjunction with the Update Worksheet link--when the checkbox is checked and the Update Worksheet link is selected, the outstanding service will be marked as Completed.

  2. Users now have the ability to delete trades and/or collections from the Request Worksheet page. When viewing the trades or collections section of the Request Worksheet, users will notice a Delete column on the right side of the worksheet and a corresponding checkbox to the right of each trade/collection. This checkbox is related to the Update Worksheet link at the bottom of the Trades/Collections section of the Worksheet: when the Delete checkbox is checked and the Update Worksheet link is selected, the trade/collection will be marked as Deleted and removed from the Request Worksheet.

  3. Users can now view and modify billing information for that request from the Request Worksheet page. The link that opens the billing information is located at the top of the Request Worksheet page and will appear as View/Modify Billing Detail.

  4. In the Segments section of the Request Worksheet page, a Modify/Leave Message link is now available. This allows users to open segment information into the Multi-account Worksheet page and modify it as necessary, as well as to post messages to the segment. Note that the section of the Request Worksheet that contains segment information has been changed from Sources of Information to read Segments.
