- When an updater/processor deletes a trade from a request, any outstanding services that were aligned to the trade will be marked as Cancelled and properly removed from the trade. On the Request Worksheet page, the cancelled service and deleted trade will appear in the Outstanding Services section with a link into the trade; on the Request Detail page, the trade will be marked as deleted but remain on the report and the Supporting Information section will show that the service has been Cancelled.
- In the Request Detail page, users will see a section just beneath the request header that reads Services Expanded and a corresponding link that reads Collapse/Expand Services. The Collapse/Expand Services link has been designed so that, on reports that have many outstanding user service requests, the list of services that occurs at the top of this page can be collapsed to show the rest of the page, or expanded to view all outstanding services. By default, this section is expanded. Selecting on this link when first entering the Request Detail page collapses the outstanding services listing. The Collapse/Expand Services link is also available on the Account List (List of Trades, for example) page and the Account Detail (Detail on Trade, for example) page, and will be collapsed by default.
- On any Account List page (List of Trades, etc.), there is a new column that displays the number of outstanding user services for any single account (trade, for example) in this list. This column appears as the # Svc column. If no number exists in this column, the account has no outstanding user services that require manual attention.
