Hovering your mouse over the graphic below simulates the action of selecting on the Collapse/Expand Services link (highlighted in red; link located at mid-right). Remember: by default, the outstanding services that display on the Request Detail page will be expanded when a user first opens the entire request. This differs from opening the Account List (List of Trades, for example) and the Account Detail (Detail on Trade, for example): on these two subsequent pages, the listing of outstanding service is collapsed by default.
