Known Issues as of July 31, 2001

<---BACK

Please note that these issues are currently being addressed--we hope to have them resolved with the next deployment to XpertOnline.net.

  1. If a request has multiple current addresses where the state values differ (CA and WA, for example), all billing items will be duplicated by the number of different state values.

For example, if there are 2 charges and 1 credit, and the request has 3 CURRENT addresses--one for NC, one for SC, and one blank--the billing will generate with 9 transactions (3 x 3).

  2. If a product is setup with any of the Quick Merge Services (Quick Blend, Quick Pick and Choose, Quick Import, Quick List and Stack), and with a VBAL service (VBAL30, VBAL60, VBAL90), and NO other Additional services that will mark an account(s) as outstanding (such as RMCR, VAddress, VEmploy, Manual User Service, Interview), after delivering the preliminary report, the entire request will go to a Done status instead of an Updating status on the Provider side. The VBAL service will not mark any accounts as pending/outstanding. If this request is then opened from the Request List, it will correctly import/process, create the correct VBAL services as needed, and go to an Updating status, having marked the appropriate accounts as pending/outstanding.

this issue has been resolved as of 8.20.01.

  3. When a user selects the Include Line Items for the same credit grantor checkbox from the Workflow page, if more than one account opens in the Multi-account Worksheet page and a user selects the Print Verification option from the Action Menu, only the first verification will print. This is a known issue and will be solved with the following rollout.

  4. Users cannot add a new Co-applicant address to a request.

this issue has been resolved as of 8.20.01.

  5. In the Management Reports program (found on the main Action Menu under Utilities | Management Reports), the links that are included in the Edit Log management report are not functional at this time.

  6. On the Subscriber/Client side of XpertOnline.net, Management Reports will not function for users browsing the Internet with Netscape.

  7. When viewing the Subscriber/Client detail page (found by selecting on an associated Client # from the Subscriber Lists | Clients link on the main Action Menu), all product lists that are available will be displayed in the Product List drop down field; however, after a user selects on the Setup button and returns to the Subscriber/Client detail page, the Product List drop down field only displays a handful of product lists.

this issue has been resolved as of 8.20.01.
