Netscape's Ability to View Management Reports on Client side
If a user on the Subscriber/Client side of XpertOnline.net is using Netscape and notices that they cannot view the Management Reports program, this is due to installing Netscape version 6.0 PRIOR to installing v4.7. XpertOnline.net uses components of version 4.7 of Netscape to install and display Management Reports in the Crystal Seagate Viewer--components that were either changed/modified or not included in the version 6.0 release of Netscape. If a Subscriber/Client cannot view the client-side Management Reports program, we recommend that they use Internet Explorer v5.0 or higher. |
