  1. When a user opens a request into the Request Detail page and selects on the Modify... | Product link from the Action Menu, the user has the option to change the current name of the product by typing in a value other than the one that currently exists in the Product Display Name field. If a user modifies the name of a product by using this method, remember to Save Changes from the Action Menu. The modified product name will then display in the header of the report when it is re-requested./li>

  2. When viewing the Product Detail page, we have added a new user interface option in the User Interface drop down list. The Request w/o SS# option, when selected, will not make the social security number field a required field on the Subscriber/Client data entry page.
    1. Remember--not entering a social security number on a request may cause the bureau to return either an error or invalid credit information.

  3. Both the Product List page and the Product Detail page--opened from the Product Lists link on the main Action Menu--now contain an additional link entitled View Activity Logs. When selected, this link opens a page that shows users any/all modifications made to a product list and any products within a product list.

  4. We have added a new service to the Additional Services section of the Services page. The Convert Alerts service works in conjunction with the Alert Conversion utility found on the main Action Menu beneath the Utilities option. When this service is enabled on a product, any bureau alerts that have been setup to be converted to the user's desired text will indeed be converted.

  5. We have added a new service to the Additional Services section. The Set Past Due Amount to 0 for 0 Balance Accounts service, when turned on, will search for any 0-balance accounts and set the Past Due Amount field to zero, indicating that this account has been satisfied and any value in the past due amount is unnecessary. When this is done, it will also set the Date Reported to the current date.
