Service Team Field Information
The Service Team field, recently added to the Subscriber Setup page, is not a required field for you. A Service Team is a group of updaters/processors in your office that handle updating requests for one specific Client/Subscriber. This group can be assigned a Service Team ID number here in the Subscriber setup page that will display on the Xpert Today Tasks. In this way, when the Subscriber/Client that corresponds to this Service Team ID orders a request that needs manual attention, the Xpert Today tasks are separated into this Service Team ID. Individuals within this Service Team can then open and update requests, and XpertOnline.Net will track which user within the Service Team updated the request. If you do not wish to use the Service Team field--if you leave it blank--all of the Tasks for Service Available to be Worked on and Service for Entire Request will be separated out in a group called Unassigned. |
