Information on Product Customization

You can only customize a product on a previously-pulled request! This information assumes that the request whose product you want to customize already has been pulled and exists in XpertOnline.Net.

Step #1--Enable a Product for Customization:
You must first enable a product for customization before you can actually customize it. To do this, check any Optional checkboxes on accesses, services, or outputs that make up a product when you set your product(s) up. This is done in the Product Detail page--select on any accesses, services, or outputs links and check the Optional checkbox that corresponds to the access, service, or output. Checking the Optional on an access, service, or output will allow you to add/remove it on a previously pulled request.
Note:You can enable any existing accesses, services, or outputs within a product at anytime, including on pre-existing products.

Step #2--Customization of a Product: (Only on previously pulled requests)
Once you find a previously pulled request whose product you want to customize and reaccess/reprocess (repull), select on the Reference Number (synonymous with RequestID) to open the request. Once the Request Detail opens, click on the Modify | Product link to begin modifying the product.

Important Note: At present, only the Accesses section can be modified. As you can see, the Services and the Outputs sections are currently "In Development."
