- There is a new Management Report available to administrators that shows all outstanding line items on completed RMCR requests. Found beneath the Custom Reports option, the RMCR Pending Services link shows those requests that had an RMCR service aligned to the request that has been checked and marked as Completed, but for whatever reason another outstanding/pending service exists on the request. This report is a snapshot of XpertOnline.net at the time the user opens this report, meaning that any XpertOnline.net activity performed after this report is opened will not display. Please keep in mind that the configurable fields within the Custom Reports option are not functional for this report only: this includes Report Type, Client ID, Updater User ID, Sorted By, and Range of Dates fields.
- Those users whose Subscribers/Clients use Netscape will no longer see a '%20' when posting a message to either an entire request or an account within a request.
- On the List of Trades page, a High Credit column has been added. This column allows users to quickly determine if a trade is a duplicate, for example, without opening the Detail on Trade page.
