What follows is a series of screen captures outlining the process of opening the next ten outstanding line items for the same credit grantor into the Multi-account Worksheet and how, once the line item opens into the Multi-account Worksheet and the user then opens the Worklist Manager page for Line Items, they will see that the first open line item has been locked for editing. Note - all other line items that open for the same credit grantor will not be locked for editing. As a workaround, users can either open the entire request into the Request Detail to lock the report, or they can take ownership of the outstanding service.
